I have a quick swatch for you! I bought Orly High on Hope when I went with my sister, and didn't want to swatch it until today.
It's a dusty blue creme with purple/gold shifts. The shifts remind me of Crush on Lava/Space Cadet! It's a very unique polish, and definitely interesting.
At first it seems extremely sheer, but is opaque with two coats. Takes a long time to dry though...
