Bella Beauty Makeup Sponge

Hello again readers~

It took me forever to thoroughly use my new brushes and sponge I bought over a month ago. I didn't want to just go a week, I wanted to use them multiple times to get a feel for how they worked.

First up: Bella Beauty Makeup Sponge

I was pleased with the colours, some were brighter than others, but I wanted the mint green one.

It was pretty small when dry, though it felt soft.

It was HUGE when damp, about the size of my palm!

I was afraid that since it was so large, that it would make smooting out my foundation harder, but that wasn't the case at all.

It buffed my foundation smoothly, and removed the excess that would have otherwise caked my face. It left my makeup looking smooth and flawless, and was able to even squeeze against my nose and the inner corner of my eyes to even it all out. It's a life-savor, and I don't have to sweat about over applying makeup anymore.

Pros:
- Cheap. I got mine for a little under five dollars.
-So soft! It felt like I was buffing my face with a cloud.
-When it's damp it doesn't drip water all over the place and ruin your makeup application.
-Creates a smooth flawless finish
-Easy to clean

Cons:
- It takes forever to dry again, but is that really so bad?

Overall: 5/5
I absolutely LOVED this. I picked mine up at Marshalls, but you can find similar ones at beauty supply stores or off the internet.

EDIT: MoldyRice commented that the box has a warning that: "It is laced with chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects, and reproductive harm. "
I don't have the box to confirm it or not, but it's safer to double-check before you buy it!

Thanks for reading~

    1. It just makes the process so much easier, especially in the morning when you accidentally apply too much and don't have time to start over. :)

  2. Had been looking online for reviews on this sponge. Wanted to buy the Beauty Blender but adamant of the price. Got two of this from Marshalls, this one in pink and other one identical to beauty blender. I am glad to know it worked for you! I hope will experience the same results :)

  4. Dudettes. Do you all still have your plastic box that this little sponge came in? Read the bottom. It is laced with chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects, and reproductive harm.

Hey, at least they warned us. I still have the brand new little sponge sitting right next to me debating if I should just pitch it or not.
